Typically, once you’ve agreed to go forward, we’ll probably need 2 or 3 additional meetings, this allows for a relaxed pace, privacy and ample time to address any needs or concerns you might have in the planning process.

Here’s a list of items you should bring. You can bring them in a briefcase or bring them in a shopping bag- whatever’s most comfortable to you:

  • List of employment benefits (company statements)
  • Latest Company pension plan statements
  • Complete breakdown of all RRSP's/RRIF's including interest rate, purchase date, purchase amount, maturity date and institution
  • Last year's tax return ('06)
  • Notice of assessment (income tax)
  • Your most recent pay stubs
  • Personal insurance (life & disability, critical illness)
  • Car and Home insurance policies
  • Stocks/Mutual Funds/Bonds/GIC's
  • Details regarding debt ( mortgage(s), credit cards, PLC’s & loan(s)
  • Wills &  Power(s) of Attorney
